join THE collective crew!
The Nappy Collective is driven by passionate volunteers who support vulnerable families all over Australia. Volunteers in the Collective Crew are the heart and soul of The Nappy Collective, getting nappies to those who need them in their local community.
We are currently recruiting volunteers Australia-wide to be part of our Collective Crew and we would love to hear from you!
We understand that volunteers are busy people, that’s why our volunteering program is designed to work around you. It's a simple and effective way to give back to your community, without the weekly commitment.
Working with Children Check
The Nappy Collective is committed to being a child-safe organisation. Please note that all volunteers must provide a Working with Children Check as a condition of registration. Volunteers can apply for free in most Australian states and territories. To learn more, please click here.
Please note: WA volunteers do not require a WWCC. QLD volunteers will need to register their details below before obtaining their Blue Card.
What does a volunteer with The Nappy Collective do?
Essentially, we need volunteers to help us get our nappy donations from our Collection Points to our Community Partners in your region. This involves:
collecting nappy donations from a local Collection Point as required
counting your nappies and sorting them into sizes
delivering nappy donations to a local Community Partner.
While most Collective Crew members help to collect, sort and deliver donations locally, we also have coordination and leadership roles available.
We’re also looking for people who can contribute their skills to help grow The Nappy Collective, such as support with marketing, PR, copywriting, graphic design, IT, logistics, Salesforce and general administration or HR.
Why join our Collective Crew?
Make a real and practical difference to vulnerable babies in your community.
Meet our community partners and learn how our donations help families in financial crisis, at risk of homelessness, escaping domestic violence, seeking asylum or impacted by natural disaster.
Give back to your community in a way that works for you.
Be part of a group of welcoming and like-minded people in your local area.
Know that you’re helping to keep little ones clean, happy and healthy!
